Take your
STRIDE.

Stop building someone else’s empire.

You have 15 to 20 years of experience. You have led teams, solved problems, delivered results.

And you own nothing.

No equity. No clients. No business. A salary that stops the day someone decides they don’t need you anymore.

STRIDE is the system that changes that.

You built a great career.
You own nothing.

The employment economy trained you to be excellent at someone else’s business. Nobody trained you to build your own. That gap is fixable.

“I have 20 years of experience. Why is getting my first client this hard?”
Because experience built inside a company does not automatically translate to revenue outside it. Capability is not the same as a market-ready offer. You have the first. The program builds the second.
“I’ve been thinking about this for years. I still haven’t moved.”
Because thinking is not a strategy. Clarity does not come before action. It comes from it. And without a structured system, every day of waiting feels like preparation. It is not.
“I tried once. It didn’t work. I’m not sure I can do this.”
Most transitions fail for the same three reasons. No niche. No validated offer. Wrong rooms. None of these are talent problems. All three are system problems. Systems are teachable.
“I’m 45. Have I left it too late?”
This transition is not about age. It is about decision. The professionals who succeed are not the youngest in the room. They are the ones who stopped waiting for the perfect moment and started building with what they have.

“23 years in corporate. Director level. Global firms. Good money. And one day I looked at everything I had built — and realised none of it was mine.”

No equity. No clients. No business. A salary with an expiry date I couldn’t see.

When I left, I made every mistake this program is designed to prevent. I offered everything to everyone — career coaching, leadership training, Six Sigma consulting, MSME advisory. All at once. Nobody hired me.

The day I narrowed to one thing — Data and Analytics for mid-size businesses improving EBITDA — the phone started ringing. Hospitals. Manufacturing. Companies that needed exactly what I had finally decided to be.

My first client came from the father of a classmate of my son. Not my 23-year corporate network. A school event. That is not a coincidence. That is the rooms principle. You will learn it in Step D.

Four years of building from zero became the STRIDE framework. Six steps. Everything I learned. Everything I had to unlearn. Built into a system you can execute in 90 days.

Six steps.
One word.
STRIDE.

Not motivation. Not a course you buy and forget. A structured execution system. Six steps. Your first paying client in 90 days.

Shift your identity

Before your business plan. Before your website. Before your offer. You have to make a fundamental internal shift — from employee to owner. These are not the same person. They think differently. They take risk differently. They make decisions differently. Most professionals fail at this transition here. They launch a business with an employment brain.

The employee asks: who approves this? The owner asks: what is the best next move right now?
T
Turn skills into a business model

You have 15–20 years of corporate experience. That is extraordinary raw material. The question is: what does the market actually pay for inside that experience? This is where we build the Business Canvas — mapping your skills against market problems that organisations will pay to have solved. What you were paid to do inside a company, someone outside that company needs to hire.

Your experience is not a CV. It is raw material for a business.
R
Rule your niche

One market. One problem. One audience. You become the most relevant person in that space — not the most talented person in the world, but the most relevant person to that specific buyer. The market doesn’t reward capability. It rewards clarity. I was a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, leadership trainer, career coach, and MSME consultant — all at once. Nobody hired me. The day I got specific, the phone started ringing.

Nobody hires the person who can do everything. They hire the person who does the one thing they desperately need.
I
Invent your offer

Most professionals making this transition make one critical error — they sell themselves. Their time. Their experience. Don’t sell yourself. Sell the outcome. Your client doesn’t want a consultant. They want a result. Your offer is not: I will work with you for three months. Your offer is: here is the specific result I will deliver, in this timeframe, for this investment. That is a product. And that is what people buy.

Don’t sell yourself. Sell the outcome.
D
Deploy your relationships

Your business grows to exactly the level of your network ecosystem. Not your talent. Not your ambition. The size of the rooms you’re in. My first client came from the father of a classmate of my son — not my 23-year corporate network. A school parent event. You cannot predict who opens your first door. Which means you cannot stay in the rooms you already know. You need a strategic relationship architecture.

The question is not who do I know. It is who needs to know me — and what is my plan?
E
Execute and scale

This is where most entrepreneurs live. They try to start here. They build systems, automate, hire — before they have clarity, before they have an offer, before they have a paying client. Execution without the first five steps is just expensive activity. But execution after the first five steps — that is where compounding begins. You build the delivery system. You automate the repetitive. You hire for what takes your time but not your skill.

Execution without the first five steps is expensive activity. Execution after them — that is where compounding begins.

Four programs.
One direction.

Every program delivers the STRIDE framework. The difference is how much of the execution happens with you, for you, or directly by the Amanstra team.

The questions
people actually ask.

I’ve been in corporate for 20 years. Is it too late to start? +
The transition from employment to ownership is not age-dependent. It is readiness-dependent. The professionals who succeed in this program are not the youngest in the room. They are the most focused. 20 years of experience is not a liability — it is the raw material. The program teaches you how to convert it into market value.
I have a full-time job. Can I do this program simultaneously? +
The Silver program requires 5–7 hours per week. The weekly live session is 90 minutes, recorded if you miss it. The remaining time is execution — the exercises, the market conversations, the offer building. Most participants in Cohort 1 are still in employment. The program is designed for that reality. What it requires is deliberate time commitment — not resignation from your current role.
What kind of business will I build through this program? +
The STRIDE framework works for any service-based business built on corporate expertise — consulting, advisory, coaching, training, fractional leadership, digital services. It is not designed for product businesses, manufacturing, or retail. If your transition involves taking your domain knowledge — finance, operations, technology, HR, analytics, strategy — and offering it as a service to organisations or individuals, this program is built for you.
What if I don’t get a client in 90 days? +
The 90-day target is aggressive but achievable for participants who complete the full program with honest effort. What guarantees the outcome is not the program — it is the execution. The program provides the system. You provide the action. Participants who do the exercises, have the market conversations, and show up consistently — they get the result. Participants who treat it as passive content do not.
How is this different from other entrepreneurship courses? +
Three things. First, the STRIDE framework was built specifically for corporate-to-entrepreneurship transition — not for first-time entrepreneurs or startup founders. Second, the content comes from Amir’s direct experience of making this exact transition, including the expensive mistakes. Third, it is not a recorded course — it is a live cohort with a real peer group, real accountability, and direct access to Amir. The difference between knowing the system and executing it is the difference between watching and doing.
What is the refund policy? +
Payments are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase. If you enroll and decide within the first week that the program is not right for you, reach out directly and we will discuss. After that point, seats are held and the cohort is committed. We are serious about delivering results — but we also need participants who are serious about executing.

Stop building
someone else’s
business.

You have the experience. You have the capability. The only thing between where you are and where you want to be is a system and a decision. The professionals who own their freedom five years from now are making that decision today.
