Facilitator Notes
How this works: Each participant gets 10 tokens to allocate across all businesses. They cannot invest in their own business. They cannot give more than 3 tokens to a single business. All tokens must be allocated before results are shown.
The learning: Businesses that attract the most tokens had the clearest story. The debrief question — “what did the top businesses have in common?” — is the opening to every framework that follows.
Setup: Enter business names as each entrepreneur pitches. Participants enter their own name and allocate tokens on their own device, or you manage one shared screen.
